Healthy Food !

Since currently i need to watch my food intake ( thanks to the diabetic issue ) , so i have decided to grill the chicken and steam the veges for our daily dinner . My gyneacoligist has advised me to opt for healthy style food rather than those fried/oily foods. So, yeah i am up to that challenge .

Alhamdullilah , my glocose level has dropped within the suitable range . Anyway, i still need to meet up with the gynea once in 2 weeks until i safely deliver the baby ;) Hopefully , everything is gonna be alright!

I've used honey , olive oil , black papers n salt as to marinate them ;)

Bought this olive oil @ JJ . The organic honey is from Swak!

Tad aaa , my perfect grilled chicken ;) Ive grilled it at T = 250 c within 15 minutes for each sides!

P/s: At the moment, I shall say goodbye to TF , Starbucks , Coffee Bean , TR and etc! Haha

Food Ramblings : The Manhattan Fish Market

Hello peeps :)

For this time , gonna bring all of you to their favourite local restaurant. They are the regular customers for this shop since their Uni. days , errr how long is that . At that time , they always went to one of its outlet at Jusco Terbrau . But since they graduated , now they always visit The Curve's outlet . Anyway, Mrs. I still prefer to the Terbau's outlet cuz the ambience is more comfortable .Among the menu that suits up to their liking are the fish n chips n seafood platter.

This the seafood platter ... a very satisfying meal . Got lotsa prawns , one fish fillet , rice , french fries , mushroom n calamari ;)

Food Ramblings : Tony Roma's

Tony Roma's has been among their favourite restaurant to dine in :) Basically , TR's serves mostly western food such as steak , burgers , salads and many more. Few things special about TR's are the food portions which is really big and the food are simply outstanding in terms of taste wise .

The Last Polka Ice Cream

It's Sun-day ! Rise and shine :)

During her retail therapy session @ Empire Mall, Mrs. I has dropped by at The Whisk. She has been craving to get herself a Horlick's ice cream from The Last Polka :) Lately she just cant stop eating Cadbury's chocolate and Ice-cream..Hurm :)

The Last Polka offers a great tasting of homemade ice cream and it comes with many flavours. Most of the flavours are very near to the Malaysian's heart such as Salted Gula Melaka , Teh Tarik, Horlicks , Nutella , Green Tea & many more :) This ice cream is using 100% natural ingredients .Real good food huh? Heheee.

On top of this , they also offer the ice cream cake :) Mrs. I is very keen to try this new range of product . Their ice cream cakes are now available at The Bee , Publika . Two scrumptious flavours are Horlicks Caramel and Chocolate Berry . She's sure its going to be mad yummy!
