Healthy Food !

Since currently i need to watch my food intake ( thanks to the diabetic issue ) , so i have decided to grill the chicken and steam the veges for our daily dinner . My gyneacoligist has advised me to opt for healthy style food rather than those fried/oily foods. So, yeah i am up to that challenge .

Alhamdullilah , my glocose level has dropped within the suitable range . Anyway, i still need to meet up with the gynea once in 2 weeks until i safely deliver the baby ;) Hopefully , everything is gonna be alright!

I've used honey , olive oil , black papers n salt as to marinate them ;)

My steamed baby carrots , tomatoes n broccolies . Plus a boiled egg!

Bought this olive oil @ JJ . The organic honey is from Swak!

Tad aaa , my perfect grilled chicken ;) Ive grilled it at T = 250 c within 15 minutes for each sides!

P/s: At the moment, I shall say goodbye to TF , Starbucks , Coffee Bean , TR and etc! Haha

The glucose syrup.....

Its only 0808 hrs n i am currently waiting for my turn to meet up with the midwife. The best part of today is that i am scheduled to drink the glucose syrup ....Erghhhhhhh. My sugar content in blood has increased to 9 mmol per liter...fyi , the max std is only 7 mmol per liter ......

I am actually very concerned on my drink intakes , which i stopped drink carbonate drinks and coffee/tea once i knew i am conceived . I guess the biggest culprit in this situation is the mountiful fried rice which i took every lunch hour :)

So now , during lunch and dinner i only consume small portions of carbs!

TBA, its my turn now. Wish me lucks~

Oh well, the midwife just took one tube of my blood (ouch) and i had successfully drink the glucose syrup in one blink . Ha-Ha ;)

I thought its gonna be super sweet but actually it wasnt that bad ;)

I still have to wait for another 2 hours for the midwife to take another tube of my blood. Must be a comparison of before and after!!!!

Currently, i so feel want to vomit and started to feel dizzy.....bytheway, i was required to fast started 10 pm last night till now..... Zzzzzz

The love of our heart

Today was a speacial day for us ;) For the very first time, we heard our baby's heart-beat sound through the ultrasound machine. It was such a magical moment ;) Alhamdullilah. The baby is about 16 to 17 weeks.

I really hope that our baby will continue to develope n grow well :) Amin .
